What can we learn from clouds and lightning?
Stan Meyer Mentioned the following...."Particle Oscillation occurs as an energy generator by way of Electrical stress and whola you got lightning"...
He also mentioned that a in a Tornado you got hot air rising causing spinning vortex that sucks the water moisture and now you have opposite charges oscillating taping into immense amounts of energy...once again using the phrase ."Particle Oscillation as an energy generator by way of Electrical stress"
My friends that’s deep!!
The electrical stress he refers to is what we know as static electrical charge!
Here it goes....If we allow the electrostatic force to discharge we are simulating lightning..If on the other hand we build up the force we simulate a tornado....in the sense that instead of massive discharge as in lightning you are now causing the particles to oscillate and move massive energy.
Here is a predicament Stan left us with in our attempt to apply his technology and that is water short condition as in previous post. {we don’t have perfect capacitor"}

Here is an idea for not letting the Water Cap to discharge. If we had an Electrostatic force of high voltage such as one produced by van de Graff or other source of static..Using this machine, we now apply the difference in potential across totally insulated plates from water bath, yet water is sandwiched between these plates would it be possible to expose water bath to powerful static potential diff?
