PCB need help from a proffesional

hello

i have a not completed design, and need help from someone that understand more than me.

i need a gerber file and someone to run a simulation.

i know its a simple circuit but its out of my understanding.

maybe someone have another solution on my problem: i have an electric motor that is connected to a massive gearbox so there is no amp draw, then i need it to have a specific newton meter on the shaft. i want to fit a spring and 4 switches to tell the pcb if the speed need to go up or down a little or fast

its 4 switches in the diagram they are not spouse to be there because that will be 4 axillary relays to decide if the 4-20 milliamp loop need to increase or decrease
therefor the 555 timer to make a oscillation with 2 speeds to increase fast or slow, the same for decreasing.
the 555 timer control a digital potentiometer (1 pulse from 555 timer moves the potentiometer 1 step)
and then the digital potentiometer is connected to a amplifier to make the 4-20 milliamp loop.

this is for a electric motor speed control unit.

input voltage is between 24 and 28vdc
voltage regulator for the 5vdc is missing
i dont know if its necessary aether.

thank you.
