hi hi, i think i just figured out what the electro or gap container was.  its his steam resonator for the epg...  Russ you said it first, eheh  thoughts?

/watch?v=2k6aTGl5yRo

18 min 22 sec..

please add a picture of that steam resonator..  please locate the patent of the first epg i posted a wile back by TT Brown remember?  yup yup steam. ps on stans system do you see the fins on the so called coil outputs. these fins go around the pipe, just like in the first epg  by tt brown, hmm..

so with that said you may take a pressure cooker, and achieve the same thing.  that steam chamber of his is built to sustain pressure look at his design. what is inside that chamber? any wires? cheers.

here is my 2 cents. It seems to me that no one has achieved the gas outputs that stan said....seems to me that the EPG is the vic because 1. it was the first thing he patent in Canada in 1982 why is because Stan talked and knew of the super powers he was facing so patenting there would be a move i would make if I were him knowing what I know back then. After that he was able to make all patents in USA and other parts of world and slowly the fear of the bad guys faded and dollar signs could have influence him not to fully disclose everything although its hiding in plkan sight in the 1982 EPG patent and at the end of Switzerland video he said when you hook this meaning epg to a water fuel cell theirs nothing you cant do

very interesting Breakzeitgeist  another clue, Thank you..

now i look at the Epg, the one Russ made, and the ones Stan made. it dawns on me that the small induction type coils are the pulse train, and the shorter primary coil with the heavy wire is the output?

this is what i would do, if i had some cash that is.  build a telsa turbine, and use it as my pump. pump in air or steam. we know Tesla has stated it will make rarified gas, and heat. it will make it more conductive also.

until i get some cash i can only stand on the side, and poke at the situation every now, and then..  O:-)cheers.

Oh new EPG just found... O:-) O:-)  https://www.google.com/patents/US8581523?dq=dr+townsend+brown&hl=en&sa=X&ei=Dv_6UuSdBrK70AHN6YGADQ&ved=0CF4Q6AEwBg

Here is the first epg ever made...  https://www.google.com/patents/US3196296?dq=ininventor:%22Townsend+Brown+Thomas%22&hl=en&sa=X&ei=YP_6UraTIMKW0QH6yYH4BA&ved=0CD8Q6AEwAg

Why has Russ stopped researching Meyer, did het get a Cease and Desist letter since he was getting somewhere?

the final secret. the light pump just like russ has made goes in the middle of this circle. pat US 2009/0140672 A1

the res chamber could be ultrasonic, (Stan myer res steam chamber.) and may contain pressurized steam. the spark gap is needed and it adds feed back.  the variable vic coil is also used in the epg. i agree with that.

i am rather happy o see that magnetic particles will in fact flow in his epg.

to convey a method every magnet is a magnet. neo mag fine dust. second rare air. plasma. reaction a slow moving electron flow as Meyers said.
Well now that I know how to make a scalar magnetic longitudinal wave, why don't we just pump that inside and see what happens?

they called it the arc reactor. watch iron man 2..  i can see how the laser may help. this can be used with a spinning magnetic field. so add the edd lee flywheel wala..

its magic. now i know why the crank needs to be off set.

No.  Actually it's called a caduceus coil with a hollow ferrite rod inside having a high permeability, but "arc reactor" works for me.

it may also have been called a helix.

with this coil you can wrap a toroid half way on one side, ans have the other side the same way.

tpu because the lines dont terminate on either end.
take a bunch of iron wire, make a toroid. now wrap the helix coil at 180 degrees, input a radio frequency to obtain standing waves..
you will need a couple of resistors also, and you can try a diode too.

Best I can tell at this point is that normal electricity is composed of an electrical charge, paired with a magnet component.  When you push this normal electricity into a caduceus coil, charge and magnetic properties get ripped apart and you end up with a decoupled form.  Call them scalar electric and scalar magnetic waves for the lack of a better term.  Anything radiating from the caduceus coil no longer has the properties of electromagnetic radiation.  So it's sort of like tearing the voltage and amperage apart which is pretty cool, because it seems you can put them back together in varying configurations however you like.  So for instance, start out with a high voltage of very little amperage, then split it via the caduceus.  Next, add back a strong magnetic field from the local environment.  What you end up with is a very powerful, high voltage, high current electric source to power whatever loads that can handle it.

If you go back to some of Don Smith's presentations prior to him having his strokes, he talks about it in great detail but with different terminology.  He doesn't specifically speak about a caduceus coil, but that sort of coil was clearly used in the Lithuania Experiment and according to Wesley Stivep, was very successful.  The trick being a hollow ferrite core inserted into the caduceus coil--my guess this pulls in the magnetic component from the ambient environment making the device notably over-unity.

My hunch is that electricity is very much like water--you can pull the voltage and amperage apart just like Hydrogen and Oxygen, then put it back together again to get normal electricity with different levels of voltage and amperage than what you started with.  Voltage seems to be critical in doing this, but even more critical is the impulse you use--very sharp impulses in rapid succession literally bust the electricity into its constituent components.  Traits very similar to splitting water.  What I don't know though is if water can be re-assembled at different ratios like electricity can.  Maybe water can actually have electrical characteristics, like more amperage than voltage or vice versa.  Something to ponder.

open ended

is this the standing wave i just tried to describe?  well not exactly but this coil is perfrect for a motionless generator.
