Controling AUX Outputs w/ G Code

I've been wondering how to do this and finally found something!

Using RAMPS and having dual extruders, pin 9 will be used (I hope) for the second hot end instead of fan control.  So a new output pin will need a MOSFET for a fan control.  It would also be nice to turn on and off the lights on the printer with custom buttons on pronterface.
