BACKGROUND

Back in 2012, Nilson Barbosa and Lea De Moraes Cleriston from Brazil had everyone buzzing about a new motionless OU generator that looked a lot more professional than Tariel Kapanadze's units. At the time, they put out a few patents on the discovery and a few YouTube videos. People immediately got to work on attempting to duplicate the device. There was even one person on OU.com who claimed to have created a replication, but it was never clear if he actually really discovered their secret. There was even one person who was able to get their hands on a small unit and disassemble it. This didn’t yield many clues and after seeing the pictures myself left me wondering if this person got part 2 of 2 and was missing another section.

Like others before Barbosa and Lea, their patents had been hard to follow and filled with basic theory with a good amount of BS. Reading their patents gave everyone the thought that they had no clue what was happening. That might have been reality at the time back then. After about a year, they fell out of the spotlight, and I recall they had been embattled in a few lawsuits and accused that their device stole power from the local power grid.

I commented in my Figuera thread that Barbosa and Lea had stumbled upon Figuera’s secret. In their patent, they even use the same phrase Figuera used, “Universal Energy,” to describe their machine. Barbosa is a very religious man and was determined to get his device to the people as stated in one interview I came across. But I think the pressure got to them and they decided to pull away from the spotlight to better study the device.

PRESENT TIME (2022)

About a decade has passed since the first patent, and by chance, I found that Barbosa kept his dream alive. It appears that Lea is not associated with the new energy company that Barbosa started and Barbosa appears to have submitted a new patent for the device (April 2022), and it is no longer called an Earth Electron Captor. The new name is "Electric Load Resonator Compensator Systems". This time it is a lot more informative and provides more realistic information. The whole device works off of resonance and reverse reactive power.

I have attached the patents along with an English translation. This is interesting, and hopefully, others find this information useful. In my Figuera thread, I started suspecting that resonance plays an important role here; however, I was looking at some type of mechanical resonance.

I am curious to hear what others think about this patent. I have added a few pictures of the device below. It is completely different than the original 2012 device, but the same big claims are made.

More and more I've been hearing the phrase resonance in fringe electrical power designs... I think its the key, even Tesla said "Energy Frequency and Vibration are the keys to the universe". Resonance is just 2 frequencies building off one another.

My amateur mind understands resonance (of all types) as more of a vibration rather than a specific frequency or pair of frequencies.

Hot Off the Press. Yesterday, I performed another deep search on the original Captor device, and I was able to find a new patent just published in June of 2024 by Nilson Barbosa. It appears that Nilson Barbosa and Leal are no longer business partners, and Nilson has moved on to another venture, further developing the device.

Attached to this post is a new patent that is 51 pages long and I haven’t gone through all of it yet because I want to get it out to everyone to review. My initial read of the few pages really has given a lot more sound information than in other patents.

In addition to this, the patent goes into real data on a working device that is utilized in the patent that includes pictures that identify current draw.
I really hope that Nilson Barbosa’s current work provides the missing pieces we need to duplicate a device. I don’t see Nilson Barbosa being worried about people stealing his technology and there a few more new patents. It sounds like he wants the world to know what he has discovered and REALLY wants recognition for it like other great inventors of our time. He also gives a Shout-Out to Tesla in the patent.

I COMPLETELY support him.

Attached are the English and the original Portuguese version that contains all the pictures.

I think Barbosa and Leal were onto something valid and it's good to see at least Barbosa continuing the work.  One American on an energy forum some years ago took a lot of effort in trying to duplicate this work when the info first hit the news.   If I recall he died a while back.   Always makes me wonder when someone may be onto something if the PTB don't try to stop people.  Just speculation as I don't recall all the details around that situation but anyone who has been following alternative energy has probably seen the stories of many inventors who disappeared, were dead under suspicious circumstances or had the equipment stolen, were bought out and similar events to keep the world tied to expensive energy.
