This bluing starts about where my thumb is.  I probably should have had a shorter rod according to the instructions, but hey, I do my own thing.
Thanks for sharing, now I know what to expect

I just remembered another change I did.  The red PEX tube leading from the muffler side of the reactor to the blue bubbler ended up melting.  I replaced it with some flexible copper tubing.  I think I used compression fittings.
Ok, so no PEX tubes then, perhaps also use O-rings that which can take a beating or two.

Did you compare any fuel mileage the GEET way vs original?

I didn't make any real comparison, but I think wasting the heavier parts of the fuel on the GEET system made it less economical than the original carb.

I don't know the answer either, as it was like burning apples to oranges :P  For me, it was original tank - gone, original performance - gone,   Bubbler and mix of oil, deisel, gas, water, and whatever else I thought of to throw in there, made a accurate guesstimate of the fuel consumed difficult to guage.    I do know that I had it running for several hours (4 -5) at idle.

When I bought this generator new, I ran it for a  couple of hours a day for a about a week to charge up my off grid battery bank, and the valve timing changed and it wouldn't run anymore.  So, I got online and found the symptoms (Isn't the internet great? :earthhug:)  and reset the valve clearances.  The regulator portion of this chinese made generator quit, and a replacement regulator would have had to come from China with a minimum order of either 100 pieces or 1000 (can't remember for sure), but either way was NOT going to happen! :poed:  I could get the regulator to work for a while if I gave it a good whack.  After a week of this type behaviour, the regulator looked like it deserved every frustrated whack I gave it!.  :@  So yeah, this was a perfect geet experiemental unit. :hillbilly:

:-D

Sounds to me what you need is a schematic for the AVR, like this:

Shouldn't be all that difficult to adapt to just about any generator, as long as the working principle is used the output voltage will be fairly regulated.
My friend google for images shows me quite a few such schematics and they all basically use the same voltage regulation circuit, not much rocket science there either ;-)

Thanks Lynx,

That is exactly what I was looking for way back many moons ago.  All I could find then was the Newtek AVR (kinda pricey). but no schematics tho.  Thanks again, If I actually find the motivation to repair this genset, I may put the geet reactor back together and do more stuff with it.
