It is an exe file, I have tried to post it but the forum will not let me, I guess I am not approved to do so?

you can rename the exe file to another extension.

i.e. for doit.exe you rename it to doit_exe.jpg and give a hint in your post. that way downloaders know what to do ...
jpg is a file format forum machines normally accept as of maximum filesize allowed.

I can't change exe, tried to rename still comes up with exe, any other ideals?

Right click on the file, then click Send to, then click Compressed (zipped) folder.  That creates a zip file that should be able to be attached. on the forum. :)
