I can certainly call them again.  As of Friday, I have/had a reservation with a confirmation number.

It's a good possibility, I would do some checking, call me paranoid, :huh: but it's worth checking into.

The purpose of this E-mail is to inform you that we have changed the venue where the conference is being held. This new venue is better suitable for the conference and more accessible. We will be making an announcement soon, so stay tuned! The conference dates will stay the same 10-12 OCT and Boulder will be the place.
You will receive a full refund of your purchase from the University of Colorado no later than October 4, 2013. Due to this change we are now handling the ticketing process. You can rebook your ticket(s) by clicking on this link: http://globalbem.com/conference/tickets/ .
Unfortunately we will no longer be offering catering packages, however we are working on having catering at the venue for purchase, more catering information to follow. You have the option of booking standard admission tickets and admission plus hotel packages. If you are booking hotel reservations you will receive a separate confirmation email.

An angel stepped up to the plate named Darek Zurek who owns the Days Hotel in Boulder http://www.dayshotelboulder.com/ (5397 South Boulder Road, Boulder, CO 80303). Darek has lovingly offered us his entire property including parking lots, rooms, restaurant, and catering at a generous rate.  

Our team has come together to plan out a more festival event with beautiful tents, art, healing, as well as a premier lineup of global change agents.  With such a planetary tribe of focused individuals, nothing can stop the inevitable roll out of Breakthrough Energy technologies.    Included in our conference plans are considerations for displaced flood victims and the surrounding city of Boulder. Coming up, day two and already Randy Powell senses the energy.  He made a comment after dinner this evening that it feels like being with a long lost family.  It's an experience that must be felt to fully appreciate and understand.

I'm finally back home. I have to say, THANK YOU for those whom attended the conference. This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to connect with personalities from the internet and finally see these personalities manifest into physical form. I found it funny how Russ didn't recognize me (and the rest of the guys) at first. :)

I'm still reminiscing about our time spent together in Boulder. It seemed so short but I look forward to next year if we can meet again...

I still have moar hax up my sleeve, Matt Watts. Russ has no idea what I'm doing. :P

Rav and I made it back home also....It was great to meet up with everyone. We had a great time ........Couldn't ask for better people to hang out with. It was great that all of us got to break bread with one another... Meeting with Someone that actually worked with Stan for three years on his buggy and having a great conversation with him was well worth the trip for me...A life time dream come true is a great way to put it. I not only can watch all Stan's videos with him in them but understand a lot more about them. Getting a photo with him was a dream come true. I will always have a piece of history of Stan's work.

Glad you enjoyed it haxar, maybe I will be able to go next year, sounds like all had a good time. :D:cool:
