Title: How to Make a Corona Motor or Electrostatic motor/Atmospheric motor

Besides the air and the physical friction what other friction would this name?

Also Ions from the air? I hear people talk about how they have Orgone which releases ions which consists of various metal shaving and shapes. I don't get that logic how it would work and it does not seem possible. But that is another topic all together.
