need some clarity!!

Ok hello everyone. I probably have a stupid question but here it goes... In Stanley Meyers WFC does he still use the tube cell to seperate the H&O and then it goes into the gas gun or something like that. What is the resonant cavity(s) for? I haven't read the patents yet but I just want to get a simple understanding of how the system operates so I have a clearer understanding when I go to read it.
