Hydro turbine is by choice 60% to 90% efficient dependant upon type.

Piston force of 300 PSI compression Diesel at best burn (1,200*) Celsius is 100 bar. CO2 force of temperature rising from 30* Celsius to 100* Celsius is 7,000 bar. At 30* Celsius it be 60 bar and reducing to minus 39* Celsius.
