looking forward to what we can do
Hello everyone,
My name is Daniel and I am writing to you guys from San Diego CA. A little history on me: College was not for me so I stopped going and decided to work on my own. I started and failed many businesses which I am happy about because I learned something every time. How I found this forum: I am a truth seeker. The more and more I learn the more and more I find my self digging through the fluff to get to what is real. So with this type of personality I am searching on line a lot. Mostly about the world economy, the police state being assembled around us, and erosion of our civil liberties and constitution. With this information I have decided to become as independent from the system as I can be. I have bought a seed bank for growing my own food, equipment for cooking from the sun, and other things as well. My latest project was building my own solar power off-grid system. It is not huge but I am VERY happy with it. I have about 445W of panels that charge my 225 amp/hr battery bank wired for 24V with an inverter and all. After this project I became very inspired to run my car without those SOB oil companies. I searched for a few days straight and did not find what I wanted (a kit I could buy or instructions on how to make my car run on water as the source energy), but I am sure the dream will become a reality with a group like this. What I want to bring to the group: To be honest, I just don't know yet! I have very little experience in this electronics building you guys are doing. I don't even know what a mosfet circuit is but I hear it all the time in your language. Even though I don't know this stuff I am very confident I will learn quickly. I would like to start off by building some type of hydrogen generator. Maybe one that can be placed in my car in the future? Or maybe one that makes pure hydrogen and runs it through a HFC for energy production? Have not decided yet. Any suggestions on which one I start off with? Glad to be here! Daniel |

Not to bite off more than you can chew but the electronics would be the place to start. Living off grid would be wonderful. With that being said, you should use your resources, study basic electronic circuits, try not to buy what you can make or find, discarded TV's, radios, VCR's, computers, power supplies and the list goes on. All of these items still have good components in them, magnet wire, high voltage transformers, resistors, capacitors, mosfets, diodes and many others, just be careful in taking them apart capacitors and TV tubes store electricity that can hurt you, discharge them properly and you will be fine. Also learn how to solder and make your own electronic boards, this will help you greatly. These skills can all be learned from youtube videos, you can also learn much from all the members of this forum, we are here to help and learn as we go along. I hope these suggestions will help you Daniel, be safe, Jeff. ![]() ![]()
