All I see there is standard plate/electrode electrolysis with a loop transformer between the electrodes and the power source. No real magic. I suspect if he hooked the power source directly to the plates, it would produce far more gas than it does going through the loop transformer.

Hi all. I found this vid today and a thought came to mind. He mentions this may have been a battery used in a hendershot device? What if Stan also used something similar inside the inner electrode? They claim the frequencies are on an audible range. If it can recharge with a short burst of RF I wonder if Stan may even charge the battery with his CB radio? This was patented in 1956 by Coleman and what if Stan figured it out and could not disclose that patent? Here is the link.
