Stan's Original 11 cell Resonant cavity Sketch and Build.
hello everyone!

I'm starting this thread as we will be replicating Stan's Original 11 cell Resonant cavity.

I'm sketching this up in Google sketchup for now but will be drawn up in CAD so any one can run the drawings down to the machine shop and have them made. or if your Nate of Jeff just go print one out... lol

the Google sketch is really to give people a visual as to how this cell was built. the snapshots are in clear so you can see the inner workings. the original plastic is delrin. and that is what we will be making it from.

here are some snap shots so far. i will upload the SCH file once its further complete. then you can get a real 3D view for free by using Google sketchup! yeah!

Thanks for the support!

all comments or questions are welcome!

here are the original files if you'd like to give it a go for your self!

That looks sweet Russ! It doesn't look all that impossible to print either.Cool What is the largest outside diameter going to be out of all the parts?

we did find 7" round natural derlin for 162$/foot , that's not too bad at all.

this is true, also what is the electrical properties of the plastic your using Nate?

Thanks, ~Russ

Thanks, ~Russ

I did some searching on this awhile ago, I remember one site saying insulators could be reduced in thickness when using PLA. I'll have to find that again to be sure. Otherwise I didn't find much concrete info.

P.s. I would save all the machined delrin scraps when that day comes. We could make delrin filament. Smile

Looking good Russ. Cool I found a trick in sketchup to increase the number of faces on circles so they are more round. Click the circle tool button, then type the number of faces you want and type enter. Then start using the tool.
I use multiples of 9. Wink

Thanks Nate, I have done this with the triangle tool but never had a problm with the circle tool. Normaily it just is round but for some reason this time it's not... Need to see if there is a way I can fix that now after its allready drawn??????

Not sure if there is a better way to fix it but I've been using a trick. I draw a new circle at the base of the cylinder, with the same diameter and more faces. Then used the push pull tool to drag up the rounded pieces. Then go in and delete all the scrap edges. Kind of a pain though.Undecided

RE: Stan's Original 11 cell Resonant cavity Sketch and Build. Gries Petty Research
Hello Everyone,

Posting for the first time here. I have been talking to Russ for sometime now. I decided to take this part of the project on for Russ. I tracked down the derlin for that price of $162 a foot. This would be the largest diameter but they also offer 6.5 inch dia. for less. The 6.5 would be good for the tubular center section. I am attempting to draw the cell up in solidworks because Russ and I were talking about doing it on a CNC machine. I also have a machinist in town who wants good drawings with exact dimensions which is why it would be good to draw it in solidworks but even autocad would work. Its been quite a few years since I have done CAD drawing so I am currently brushing up on my skills. If anyone knows or is proficient in drawing I would be appreciative of your effort and time. It would save me time and allow me to get this stuff made that much quicker so future VIC circuits could be tested. I am planning on making at least two for now and maybe up to four. I have a friend working on the VIC so I would send one out to him and one to Russ. We were thinking at first to go with a single cell unit but the costs for just that alone would be a bit way too high just for a single test cell thats not the final product.
I already ordered the anode and cathode SS tube and rod. I will begin there. I purchased 1/2" rod and 3/4" tubing. The rod will be cut down to 4" in length with the slots milled and drilled on the ends. The tube is .035" wall which will be machined down to .030" wall and 2.75" in length.
Anyone is welcome to donate funds to purchase materials or help defer the cost of machining or help fund their own unit. I will replicate it exactly down to a tolerance .002" on the SS parts and .005" on the delrin parts.
Thanks
I look forward to hearing from everyone!
Chris

Russ I am having a problem converting those png files. Do you have the actual sketchup files? I noticed there's a way to convert sketchup files to solidworks files and wanted to try it then I can use mastercam x6 to see if I can make tool paths for the parts eventually. I am learning a lot from just trying it. Cool

I now have the anode and cathode 3d modeled and 2d drawings with dimensions done. I will take them to the machinist to get it rolling at least the metal parts for now.

Hi. I used to work on the resonance finder circuit, and on the cell a while ago, but i diden`t optaind the amaizing gas production. Now i found these new amaizing pictures and videos posted.
I have just one quiestion. If you take a look at resonance cavity picture, all the 11 cells are conected in series, so theoretically just one circuit bord and trasformer needed to be enaugh. He builded first all of the circuits and then found is enaugh one? I would be very disappointed if he havent done any previous research about gas production.
We need to solve the gas production problem, the rest will be a pice of cake with the avalible tehnology. I think he really keeps the sistem dead simple, but then where is the undiscovered magic? EPG?

Tip: There was out a guy niccked fastfreddy, who chaimd his truck is completly run on h2o. He said the most important thing is to the tubes to be tuned to each other acoustically. I think Meyer did the same thing, but never mentiond. I think thats why he has the cuts in the tubes. To be tuned.

To everyone,

I will be uploading my drawings to the file server on this site pretty soon then everyone can look and critique them. So far the plan is too test the SS tubes first with the electronics and try to establish some sort of a baseline before spending the money on the derlin.

I think what we are trying to do with resonance and high voltage is to get the tubes charged up to the point right before you would get a spark/arc to jump the gap. Russ is doing this with the gas processor experiment corona discharge video he posted. If you charge the tubes up to this point it seems to create ionization by knocking electrons off. This would be the sweet spot to maintain with the scanning circuit phase lock loop.

Do this sound about right Russ?

Hi to all!!
My version is not the exact replication of stans work(the gab between the tubes is the same) but now i have the option to put easily in series or in parallel, and all from recycled materials!!

Now time to work in electronics....

beautiful! nice work!!! Smile cant wait to see it in action. yes! electronics are on there way... time will tell..

To be tuned.

we don't know who or why the tubes were in series. originality stan did have each tube connected to a VIC.

so do you have any data or circuitry of your past set up? id so post it here:

http://open-source-energy.org/forum/show...hp?tid=311

the gas gun is needed for the EPG. or at least to make a "Magnetic Gas" but there are a bunch of theory's on the EPG, or at lease ones i have come up with...

any how i thing that the TEST cell was slotted to be tuned. but over all i think the final cell may not have been tuned? i don't know...

but there are some really good consents there with the tuning.
