I have just spoken to Tinman from IAEC ,and were all go.
This will be an annual event-held by RWGresearch and the International Alternative Energy Center.
But be prepaired,as this will be a lot bigger than the last build off.
I have messaged Gary (thesmartscarecrow show)to ask him to promote the build off. there also will be a smartscarecrow show so each winner can have there 15 min of fame!!! to cool!!!!

Mark Dansie will be one of the judges(that should be a hoot lol)
Were also having ZeroFosilFuel to be a judge again aswell. YEAH!!!

Still looking for the last judge! so please give your ideas if you have some one that would be a good pick!

It will be an open build off-so not restricted to our two forums.

The starting date will be the 21/09/2012
The finish date will be the 21/10/2012.

These will build over time as people pitch in!!

1st prize will be to the value of around $100.00
2nd $75.00
3rd $50.oo

We already have one prize donator.
Any one that wishes to contribute to the prizes-just post here, and thanks to those that do.

Tinman also be adding to those Prize donations.

If any of you are members of another forum-please spread the word.

PLEASE note that these point's above are only a small fraction of what the judges will be giving points for-so dont let them deter your build,as efficiency, looks and setup will also play a major role in point's.
Also remember that it dosnt have to be a rotating pulse motor as per normal-an example --it could be a pulsed electromagnetic pistion driveing a crank shaft-like my pulse crank motor.

Hi All,

I will be making a relatively high frequency of operation twin stator (dual phase) one magnet no bearing bedini motor.  It will be powered by a bucket of water, which will charge the requisite cap bank.

Cheers:)

Hi Russ and everyone else.

Just a note to let my intentions be known that I'm in the build off.  Still knocking around what I'm going to do.  The current plan is an electrostatic bearingless motor.  Haven't started building yet.  I'll probably get started this weekend.

There has been a time extension for The XMAS pulse Motor Build Off.

The new extend the end date is the 26th of October.

We feel there has been so many so close that it would be the correct choice!

Best of luck to all!!
