IMHO, the R. Mills SunCell and Rossi's SK reactor are using the same reaction. The SK reactor is better controlled since you can turn it off and on and change the powers levels through controls. The SK is also more stable. The SK also downshifts the EVU light production (100 to 200 nm) into heat more elegantly than the SunCell does.
