Excellent work henne!  I have always wanted to try impregnating a 3D printed cell with some kind of sealer.  The in-fill pattern could be minimal, and the voids sealed by dunking the cell in a tank of some kind of sealer that don't add a lot of material thickness.

Some experiments would have to be run on test parts to find a sealer that doesn't degrade ABS or PLA.

Thx! If this would work, that would be interesting, for sure. As long as the cost does not exceed the alternative of extruding it from raw plastic material of course. Imho, the difficulty of waterproofing cheap 3D prints is a major weakness for the technology. Unfortunately, it makes it irrelevant for any application involving liquids.

Except for 3D printed water filters.   :-)

There's someone a multi-million dollar idea if you want it.   :clap2:

I have had really good lick getting water tight prints, its all in the tuning...

PS. i have also made a lot o f water filters lol

Just looking at this thread again ,  and checking the pcs,

This one seam to be not drawn

do we have pictures or drawing or stL
of this base for the 11 WFC part ??

The Cell has injector return and feed lines in the bottom
the cell is the bladder so to speak hold pressure but it is bottom down and out  to injectors
top is vented to manifold over a certain pressure that is why it is small lines etc from top the pressure release is to hold gas in the water and vent back to manifold over a certiain pressure , gas is dissolved into water so he hold a gas pressure on the water from inside cell to keep it re programed as it by passes from injector,  the water needs to be cooled though . This is a major find and it is very major thing to note.  2018 !!!  Stan Meyer before 2020

  Notes

1 Add Quartz Tube close as Possible to the putter , putter is positive  (  can any one draw that ? ) and make a size for quartz tube.

2 Cell dissolves gas into water water goes out and comes in from injectors via base that is the water fuel.

3 vent is a vent only for gas leaving water as it cycles in injector circuit it vents back to manifold  and can go via gas processor it hols 1  to 2 atm on water so gass dissolves , water must be keep below 40 c all times

Adding Quartz tube to 11 cell

Quartz tube dielectric barrier
Outside Diameter 18.mm
Inside Diameter  17.mm or 16 mm
THickness 1 mm or 2mm

resurrect the tread.   is this meyer Pooe real ?.  been watching and reading the stuff since 2003 ===//   i think he had more aspiration than completed genius work         (im still not even convinced the hho production is much better than a well softed electrolysis cell

i would love too compare litres per hour with you,   -  im running paralell plate cells, with about 1mm spacing.  about 15kgs worth

i do have some ss tubing cells that i made, as part of my meyer testes however i could never get even lawsons circuits working too well
and step charging didnt yeild any results. -  too much internal resistance i guess.  -   the "call conditioning was always ambiguous so i never
did much with that, - many tests left unexplored, but i am resurrecting the multiple apparatus's anyway.

trying too find a hho / petrol / mist ballance

Hey great stuff buried in your youtube channel securesupplies !

russ too... just been looking at those resonant cavities again,  great community work

... is there a common problem peeps run into with meyers stuff,  - especially with his mention of using audio transformers instead of VIC ?

Having built one of these, I can say this design is impractical for testing purposes. There's a not quite obvious component that is left out in these drawings, which is on the bottom of the cell, you need to connect a water reservoir on the side so water can flow by the principe of communicating vessels so the water gets replenished when it is converted into gas.

I do not recommend building this cell if you're a beginner and want to build a 'quick' testing setup. It will take you quite some time and there are perhaps easier designs to get started with (such as simply having a rigid array of tube cells submerged in water).

Nonetheless, nice drawings! What is the effect of the longer tubes?

yes you might discover dissolving nano bubbles into the water using zero amp no one said it was easy
